The principles that will govern authorized commercial use of OMNIVAREN. Final purchase terms will be supplied before public release.

1. Proprietary ownership

OMNIVAREN™ is proprietary software developed for Lunar North Star Holdings. Except for components expressly identified as third-party software under their own licenses, all rights, title and interest in the OMNIVAREN software, artwork, documentation, distinctive visual elements and other protectable material remain with their respective rights holders. The purchase price is a fee for licensed use, not a sale or transfer of software copyright.

2. License grant to define before sale

Upon valid purchase and acceptance of finalized terms, customers will receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use OMNIVAREN within the purchased license scope. The permitted installation count, whether additional household or business machines are allowed, and any permitted backup copies must be defined in the final product listing and in the license accompanying each release.

Do not advertise unlimited installs, perpetual feature updates or ongoing support until those promises are intentional.

3. Restrictions

Subject to applicable law and any overriding third-party license obligations, customers may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly post, or commercially host copies of OMNIVAREN without permission; remove proprietary notices; impersonate the publisher; or use the software or its documentation to distribute unauthorized copies. Restrictions on reverse engineering, decompilation or interoperability must respect rights granted by applicable law. Nothing here attempts to override independent third-party open-source licenses.

4. Third-party components

OMNIVAREN uses or may include open-source and third-party components. Those components remain subject to their own license and notice requirements, including any rights to source code, attribution, modification or redistribution. A complete third-party notices inventory must accompany the public release. The proprietary license applies only to material Lunar North Star Holdings is entitled to license under proprietary terms.

5. Security and responsibility

OMNIVAREN provides monitoring and assistance, not a promise to prevent all breaches, outages, lost files or unwanted activity. Customers remain responsible for securing their systems, backing up their data, reviewing settings and applying updates. Optional quarantine, scanning, firewall, agent or remote-access functions should be used only on systems and networks the customer is authorized to administer.

6. Updates, warranty, refunds and support

These provisions must be aligned with the Ko-fi listing and finalized before sale. The public listing should clearly state which releases and fixes are included, the support channel, the handling of defective digital downloads, the refund policy subject to applicable law, and any limits of warranty and liability. Any limitation must be fair, enforceable and consistent with mandatory consumer protections.
